Get ready, Norwood! Spirit Day is almost here! On Wednesday, October 15, our campus will burst with blue and white (and a splash of lime green) as students, faculty, and staff show off their Norwood pride. From head-to-toe outfits to creative accessories, this is the day to celebrate all things Norwood and cheer on our talented and hard-working Blue Hawks!
Jeans are welcome, and so are tutus, capes, sports gear, flannel pajama pants, wigs, and hats—anything that brings out your school spirit while following dress-code guidelines. Just a reminder: no face or body paint (it tends to smudge on walls and furniture), but non-runny face crayons are fine for adding a pop of color and fun.
After a morning full of Norwood spirit, we’ll turn our attention to the fields and courts to cheer on our teams in five exciting games:
Varsity Boys Conference Soccer vs. WES – 2:45 p.m.
Varsity Girls Conference Soccer vs. WES – 2:45 p.m.
Varsity Volleyball vs. NCS – 2:45 p.m.
JV Boys Soccer vs. WES – 3:45 p.m.
JV Girls Soccer vs. WES – 3:45 p.m.
Let’s fill the sidelines with cheers, energy, and Blue Hawk pride! Whether you’re sporting sparkly Norwood gear or waving homemade signs, Spirit Day is all about coming together as one community to support our teams and celebrate what makes Norwood special.
So grab your blue and white, rally your friends, and get ready to shout it loud: GO BLUE HAWKS!
