NATIONAL SPANISH EXAM The National Spanish Examination, sponsored by the American Association of Teachers and Portuguese, is given voluntarily by about 4,000 teachers throughout the United States to measure performance and achievement of students in grades 6-12 who are studying Spanish as a second language.

NATIONAL FRENCH CONTEST (LE GRAND CONCOURS) The National French Contest (Le Grand Concours) is an annual competition sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of French. More than 100,000 students from elementary, middle, and high schools nationwide take the exam each year.

NATIONAL LATIN EXAM National Latin Exam, offered annually by the American Classical League and the National Junior Classical League, tests students’ command of Latin at appropriate levels and tests knowledge in the areas of grammar, comprehension, geography, history, and mythology.
