  • PLEDGES & INSTALLMENT PLANS

The Development Office can assist by setting up a multi-year pledge and/or recurring installment plan. We can send payment reminders on any preferred schedule, or we can automatically charge a credit card at regular intervals with specified amounts.
  • MATCHING GIFTS

Companies often sponsor matching gift programs that enhance their employees’ charitable contributions. When gifts are matched, Norwood benefits from the increased donation and the donor often qualifies for a higher Gift Club category. Please contact your employer’s human resources department for information on matching gifts to schools.
  • DONOR ADVISED FUNDS

A Donor Advised Fund (DAF) provides donors with a centralized charitable account. It allows inclined individuals to make an irrevocable gift to a public charity, like Norwood School, that sponsors a DAF and take an immediate tax deduction. Most DAFs accept cash equivalents, securities, and other assets. If you would like to learn if supporting Norwood through a Donor Advised Fund is right for you, please contact Abigail Betts ’92, Director of Development.
  • GIFTS OF SECURITIES

Stocks, mutual funds, or other securities are often a quick and simple way to give to Norwood and can provide significant tax advantages to donors.
