Recreational Teams Facility Request Form

1. River Road baseball/softball diamond: Mondays through Thursdays 5:45pm until dusk; Fridays 2:45pm until dusk; Saturdays 8:00am until dusk; Sundays 8:00am until dusk.
2. Bradley Blvd. baseball/softball diamond: Mondays through Thursdays 5:45pm until dusk; Fridays 2:45pm until dusk; Saturdays 8:00am until dusk; Sundays 8:00am until dusk.
3. River Road/stop light entrance lower soccer field: Mondays through Thursdays 5:45pm until dusk; Fridays 2:45pm until dusk; Saturdays 8:00am until dusk; Sundays 8:00am until dusk.
4. River Road/Owen Drive entrance large soccer field: Mondays through Thursdays 5:45pm until dusk; Fridays 2:45pm until dusk; Saturdays 8:00am until dusk; Sundays 8:00am until dusk.
5. Junior soccer field (east of Owen Drive) appropriate for K-2 soccer only: Mondays through Fridays 2:45pm until dusk; Saturdays 8:00am until dusk; Sundays 8:00am until dusk.

**Soccer fields may be subdivided into two practice fields in times of high demand.

1. Gym # 1 (bleacher side of main athletic center): Mondays through Thursdays 5:45pm - 9:30pm; Fridays; 3:45pm - 9:30pm; Saturdays 8:00am - 9:30pm.; Sundays 8:00am - 9:30pm.
2. Gym # 2 (far side of main athletic center): Mondays through Thursdays 5:45pm - 9:30pm; Fridays; 3:45pm - 9:30pm; Saturdays 8:00am - 9:30pm.; Sundays 8:00am - 9:30pm.
3. Marsh Gym: Mondays through Thursdays 5:45pm - 9:30pm; Fridays 3:45pm - 9:30pm; Saturdays 8:00am - 9:30 p.m.; Sundays 8:00 a.m.-9:30 p.m.
(Marsh Gym ONLY available for soccer rentals for participants younger than 12 years old).

When athletic facility space is in high demand teams will be allotted space time up to a maximum of one hour and fifteen minutes or a minimum of one hour.
