Recreational Teams Facility Request Form

1. The Baseball Field: Mondays through Thursdays 5:45 pm until dusk; Fridays 3:45 pm until dusk; Saturdays 8:00 am until 5:00 pm;
2. The Upper Field: Mondays through Thursdays 5:45 pm until dusk; Fridays 3:45 pm until dusk; Saturdays 8:00 am until 5:00 pm;
3. The Lower Field: Mondays through Thursdays 5:45 pm until dusk; Fridays 3:45 pm until dusk; Saturdays 8:00 am until 5:00 pm;
4. The Junior Soccer Field appropriate for K-2 soccer only: Mondays through Fridays 3:45 pm until dusk; Saturdays 8:00 am until 5:00 pm;

**Soccer fields may be subdivided into two practice fields in times of high demand.

1. Rales - Court 1: Mondays through Thursdays 5:45 pm - 9:00 pm; Fridays; 3:45 pm - 9:00 pm; Saturdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.;
2. Rales - Court 2: Mondays through Thursdays 5:45 pm - 9:00 pm; Fridays; 3:45 pm - 9:00 pm; Saturdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.;
