Get to Know Norwood! Check Out the Mix of Visit Opportunities for Prospective Families

The Norwood Admission Office hosts a number of opportunities for prospective families to visit our 40-acre campus and see our unique child-centered program for grades PK-8 in action. We look forward to meeting you!

Individual Tour & Parent Conversation
An individual tour combined with a parent conversation provide families with the opportunity to see Norwood students and teachers in action. They also give the Admission Team an opportunity to get to know your family and bring depth to our understanding of your child. Additionally, they provide parents with time to ask questions and share information specific to their family and child. The tour and parent conversation (grades PK-8) last up to 75 minutes and are for adults only. Note: To schedule an individual tour and parent conversation, we require families to submit a written application statement through Ravenna.

Visit Ravenna to schedule your visit. If there is not an available or convenient slot when scheduling online, please email or call our office (301-841-2130) and we will work with you to figure something out!

Middle School Drama Performance
The arts are an integral part of the daily life at Norwood School, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration that nurtures all of our students. Through drama, students build even stronger self-confidence, develop solid public-speaking skills, hone interpersonal skills, all while enjoying the fun that is brought forth through dramatic exploration. You are invited to attend the seventh- and eighth-grade fall play, The Crossroads & The Clearing, a series of vignettes by Jennifer Reif that tell the story of what happens when we get lost in the woods.
