By submitting this online Indemnity Agreement Form, I agree that the Norwood School (hereinafter referred to as the “School”) its trustees, officers, and employees shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, death or liability as a result of the use of the School's property and facilities under this Agreement, for any cause or reason whatsoever. I hereby release the School from and agree to indemnify same against any and all claims for any such loss, damage, injury, death or liability, and for costs and expenses incurred in defending against such claims, including attorney fees and court costs.
