9:15 a.m. Arrival at Performance Location: Mountain View Middle School, 30 Bali Hai Rd., Mechanicsburg, PA 17050
9:30 a.m. Warm Up – String Orchestra
10:00 a.m. Performance – String Orchestra
10:45 a.m. Warm Up – Concert Band or Full Orchestra
11:15 a.m. Performance – Concert Band or Full Orchestra
11:45 a.m. Board Bus/Van to Hersheypark
12:15 p.m. Arrival at Hersheypark
12:30 p.m. Lunch at Hersheypark (Provided by the Festival)
*Festival times are subject to change, as needed by the presenters.
ALL students will be assigned to small groups supervised by the chaperones at Hersheypark.

Students are required to remain in the park at all times.

Students may not travel anywhere alone.

Students are required to check-in with chaperones at designated times.

Students must be reachable by cell phone.

Students are to conduct themselves in accordance with Norwood’s Community Agreement.
1:00 p.m. Students will explore Hersheypark, ride the rides in small groups.
3:30 p.m. Check in as an entire group with chaperones in park
5:30 p.m. Check in as an entire group with chaperones in park
6:00 p.m. Awards Presentation will be at HERSHEYPARK TIDAL FORCE PAVILION
6:30 p.m. Board Bus/Van to Norwood School (students may bring snacks for the trip home)

Tan or Black Pants – No shorts
Would Strongly encourage a Light Jacket or Sweatshirt for the Trip Home.
If your child doesn’t follow the school's behavior expectations, they may be subject to being sent home. Parents will be notified and will need to pick up their child.
Cellphones are permitted but must be stored in a backpack. No phones will be permitted in the performance location.
Cashless System at the Park:
Hersheypark has cashless payments throughout the park. Here are the options that were given to us by our park representative.
1. Hersheypark will have cash-to-card kiosks in 5 separate locations throughout the park. Also, the kiosk will provide a VISA gift card that if not used totally within the park, can be used at locations that accept VISA outside of the park.
