Please fill out this form only if you intend to register your student (s) for Extended Day and /or After Care during the 2020-2021 school year. Please fill out a separate form for each student. Families who fill out this form will be sent the official registration in the coming weeks that will include specific details and pricing for Extended Day and After Care. Please note that we are unable to provide Drop-in care this year. All students will need to be registered in order to attend Extended Day and /or After Care.
