Norwood is located at 8821 River Road in Bethesda, Maryland, at the intersection of River Rd. and Bradley Blvd.
From Washington D.C.
· Take River Road northwest approximately 5 miles past the Montgomery County line.
· The school entrance is on the right approximately 1 mile past the Capital Beltway and just before the intersection with Bradley Boulevard. We recommend you enter the first driveway (stoplight) for the Middle School and the second driveway for the Lower School, Admissions, and Development Offices.
From Northern Virginia
· Follow the Capital Beltway towards Bethesda.
· Take exit 39, Md-190/River Road. Merge onto Md-190/River Road and go towards Potomac (left at end of ramp).
· The school entrance is on the right approximately 1 mile past the Beltway and just before the intersection with Bradley Boulevard.
We recommend you enter the first driveway (stoplight) for the Middle School and the second driveway for the Lower School, Admissions, and Development Offices.
From Frederick, MD
· Take I-270 South towards Washington.
· Merge onto the Capital Beltway outer loop, signs marked towards Virginia and move to the far right lane as soon as possible.
· Take the exit for Md-190/River Road. Merge onto Md-190/River Road and go towards Potomac (left at end of ramp).
· The school entrance is on the right approximately 1 mile past the Beltway and just before the intersection with Bradley Boulevard. We recommend you enter the first driveway (stoplight) for the Middle School and the second driveway for the Lower School, Admissions, and Development Offices.
From Baltimore, MD
· Take I-95 South towards Washington.
· Take I-495 West (the Capital Beltway outer loop) exit 27-25, towards College Park/Silver Spring.
· Take exit 39 for Md-190/River Road and go towards Potomac (left at end of ramp).
· The school entrance is on the right approximately 1 mile past the Beltway and just before the intersection with Bradley Boulevard. We recommend you enter the first driveway (stoplight) for the Middle School and the second driveway for the Main Office, Lower School, Admissions, and Development Offices.
